Double room with a very comfortable bed, hot shower, for instance was ready when we arrived. Every staff member was excellent and great.

the room we had included central heating, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels. we ate breakfast in the café and liked coffee, tea, and cereal.

Absolutely perfect location, Liverpool John Lennon airport was 20 km away. Walk from restaurants and a stadium, it was a bonus. We loved having coffee, tea, and cereals in the café.

The Victorian Renovation Room 4 was absolutely charming! The cozy double room had all the essentials we needed, like an electric kettle for our morning coffee and a well-equipped kitchen. It really gave us a homely vibe, which we loved as laid-back travelers.

The only thing we liked less about the room was that it lacked kitchenware. But hey, that's just our personal preference.

Recently renovated property in a great location, easily accessible to the city center and football stadiums. Welcoming host, Karl, provided helpful directions and a spotlessly clean room with a comfortable bed and powerful shower. Lovely continental breakfast set us up for the day. Highly recommended for a visit to this city.

I had a wonderful stay at the Victorian Renovation Room 4. The host was incredibly hospitable and accommodating. They were able to cater to my dietary intolerances for breakfast and were always easily accessible for communication. The rooms were beautiful and just as lush as they appeared in the photos. The neighborhood was peaceful and the beds were comfortable. I also appreciated the kitchen facilities on each floor for tea and coffee. a great experience!

our romantic weekend in liverpool was made even more special by our stay at this beautifully renovated room. the decor was modern and the bed was so comfortable. karl, the host, was attentive and made us feel welcome. the continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful. we highly recommend this lovely accommodation.

The location was convenient, only a short taxi ride or 20-minute walk to town. The continental breakfast was enjoyable, and if you're craving a hot meal, there are plenty of nearby pubs to choose from. Despite a slight issue with transportation, we understand that it was out of Karl's control. we highly recommend this place for a memorable stay.

We got great value for our money with a beautiful room that had fresh and warm decor. The owner, Karl, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering a cooked breakfast option, although Karl did recommend a nearby cafe that provided a buffet-style hot breakfast.
